Join us on Saturday July 19, 2025 for the launch of the Alpha program, a 9-week journey in exploring faith, life, and meaning. Alpha is a series of short films designed to spark open, meaningful conversations in a welcoming, non-judgmental space. The best part? It’s all free.
Here’s what to expect:
- A free lunch. Arrive between 12.15 – 12.30pm for a free meal before the event begins.
- Engaging Videos: Each week, we’ll watch a short film that introduces a topic about the Christian faith.
- Open Conversation: Afterward, dive into a relaxed discussion where all questions are encouraged.
- Finish by about 2.00pm
What happens on Launch Night?
At the first gathering, you’ll get to know others, enjoy great food, and meet the Alpha team, and explore the question, “Is there more to life than this?”
Location: Middle Ridge Uniting Church, 264 Stenner St, Middle Ridge, 4350
Schedule: Starting on July 19th for 9 weeks. On Saturday 6th September we will start at 9.30am and finish at 2.00pm. The final day is September 13th.
Alpha is designed for adults, but if you need to bring children, we have a separate program with fun games and activities run by trained volunteers. Please register any children if you’ll be bringing them along.
